How to reach me (best option)

The best way to reach me is the Message Frankie form on my website—so everything stays organized in one place (and nothing gets lost in a DM thread).

Response Rhythm

I’m available Mon–Sat, 10am–8pm ET, and I usually reply within a few hours—always within 24 hours.

In-park note

Disney days are meant to be lived (and yes—sometimes I’m watching fireworks too). If you message while you’re traveling, my reply may be a little later—and that’s okay. I’ll still get back to you within 24 hours.

Travel-day emergencies

If something time-sensitive happens today (missed transfer, flight cancellation, resort check-in issue), you can text me. If it isn’t urgent, please use the Message Frankie form so I can keep your trip details together.

Quick check-ins (opt-in)

I love a quick “Just checking in—need anything?” text periodically during planning and on travel days. If you like that, great—I’ll do it. If you’d rather keep communication to the Message Frankie form only, just say the word.

I’m happy to help, and I also protect a respectful, safe workspace. I reserve the right to refuse service for harassment, discriminatory language, threats, or abusive behavior.

To plan well, I’ll ask for:

•Your travel dates (or a few date options)

•Guest count + ages

•Budget comfort range (ballpark is fine)

•“Must-dos” and “absolutely nots”

•Any accessibility, medical, mobility, sensory, or dietary needs you want considered

•Preferred pace (slow & steady vs. full days)

Offers & Pricing

Promotions come and go, and availability changes quickly. I’ll help you:

  • Spot what fits your dates and priorities

  • Apply eligible offers when possible

  • Make sense of restrictions and deadlines

Prices and availability can change until booked. Final pricing and supplier policies are set by the supplier at time of booking.

Privacy & Information

Information you share is used only to plan your trip and communicate with you. I don’t sell your information.

For security, please don’t send credit card numbers by email or text—deposit/payment details are handled by phone or through secure supplier checkout when applicable.
