What I collect

Depending on your trip, I may collect details like:

• Names of travelers + ages (for the right room fit and recommendations)

• Travel dates, budget range, preferences, and accessibility needs

• Contact details (email/phone) so I can send quotes, updates, and confirmations

How I store and share it

• I keep your info organized inside my planning tools and email so your trip doesn’t get lost in a DM thread.

• I share only what’s necessary with travel suppliers (Disney and other vendors) to request quotes, make reservations, and manage changes.

Photos + privacy

If I share trip photos or screenshots as examples, I may remove names/faces and identifying details unless I have permission.

Questions or corrections

If you ever want to update, correct, or remove information you’ve shared, just message me and I’ll take care of it.
