Planning should feel easy—and clear. Here are the basics so we’re on the same page.
Pricing + availability
Prices, promotions, and availability can change until booked. Final pricing, rules, and policies are set by each travel supplier at time of booking.
Supplier policies
Cancellation terms, deposits, and payment schedules vary by supplier (Disney, cruise lines, hotels, etc.). I’ll point you to the applicable policies before you commit.
How I get paid
In many cases, I’m compensated by suppliers through a commission on completed bookings (at no extra cost to you). If a planning fee applies in the future, I’ll always disclose it up front.
Communication
My standard hours are Mon–Sat, 10am–8pm ET, and I typically reply within a few hours (always within 24 hours). If you message while you’re traveling, replies may be a little later—and that’s okay.
Respectful workspace
I’m happy to help and I protect a respectful, safe workspace. I reserve the right to refuse service for harassment, discriminatory language, threats, or abusive behavior.

Payments
Payments are handled directly with the supplier or collected by phone for transactions.
