Quick trail note before choosing anything

If I’m planning your trip, the easiest way is to loop me in with your ground transport needs first, so everything stays aligned with your dates, arrival times, and park plans (or so I can help troubleshoot if plans shift). Let me manage the backstage details for you!

Options I can help advise on & arrange

Disney Transportation

Buses, Skyliner, boats, and monorail (varies by resort/park)

Depending on your trip, we can add:

Vehicle Rentals (can often be built into Disney packages)

Airport transfers (shared shuttle or private)

Stroller rentals (delivered + picked up)

Mobility rentals (ECVs/wheelchairs + longer rentals)

Accessibility-friendly transportation planning (when needed)

Local transportation guidance (when it makes sense to rideshare vs. shuttles)

Trail Tip: Some families like using ridesharing for a one-off ride, or when mobility needs are a concern and Minnie Van service via Lyft can be a fun splurge when available — you’ll request it in your own app, and I can help guide you to when it’s worth considering.

Staying off-site

If you’re staying off Disney property, transportation can vary a lot by hotel.

If your hotel is a participating/partner location, you may have access to scheduled shuttles or other transportation options. I’ll help you compare:

shuttle schedule reliability (first pickup / last return)

how long it actually takes door-to-park

whether rideshare makes more sense for certain days
