Let’s Be Frank…

  • Right now, I focus on Disney destinations: Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Resort, Aulani Resort & Spa, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions.

If you’re planning something outside Disney, I can still point you in the right direction through my agency network while I complete additional certifications—just tell me what you’re aiming for and I’ll help you find the right path.

Whether it’s your first visit, a return trip with a new group, or a lot of moving parts, my focus is the same: keep it organized, comfortable, and easy to navigate.

  • You share what you know so far—dates (or a few options), who’s traveling, and the kind of trip you want. From there, I help you get something in motion and we refine details as plans come into focus.

Plans often shift—and that’s expected. I’ll help you see what matters now vs. later, so the process stays calm and clear.

  • I use a simple planning framework called CALM: Comfort, Access, Logistics, Magic.

    That means we:

    • protect comfort (sleep, downtime, realistic pacing)

    • keep access smooth (timing, navigation, smart choices)

    • handle logistics (dining, reservations, budgets, deadlines)

    • save room for the magic (the moments you’ll actually remember)

  • I work as your guide throughout the planning process—helping you make decisions, track timing, and keep everything organized.

Along the way, I’ll flag key decision points (like dining windows, Lightning Lane timing, and Enchanted Extras) so nothing feels rushed or confusing. I’ll explain what to expect and when—while final, account-specific actions are completed by you.

For group trips, I work through one designated point of contact to keep communication clean and avoid crossed wires.

My goal is simple: steady, thoughtful planning—without feeling buried in logistics.

  • No—not typically. For Disney vacation planning, my services are usually compensated through commission from Disney/approved suppliers when you book through my agency partnership.

  • You can plan it yourself—and many people do. But it’s a lot to manage. I’m here to bring strategy, fewer headaches, and someone tracking the details and timing, so you can focus on the fun parts.

  • Often, yes. Reach out with what you already have reserved and what you’d like help improving, and I’ll tell you the best options.

  • I start with my own planning and research, then use tools and resources (including AI, trusted advisor input, and official sources) to compare options, organize details, and create clearer guides and templates.

These tools support the process—they don’t replace it. Some photos on the site may also be lightly edited to remove background strangers for their privacy and cleaner visuals.

  • If you join my email list or contact me, I use your information only for trip planning, updates you requested, and occasional news like new certifications or planning resources. I take privacy seriously. I’m also licensed in New York State as a massage therapist, which means I’m trained to handle sensitive information with care. I do not sell your information.
